Fees

We offer competitve fees for a service we consider appropriate for each project.

You may be a Tenancy operator seeking a budget concious design for Council Approval or a Large Developer seeking a Hydraulic Consultant to manage the design and Construction of new buildings from concept to completion. 

Should there be reason to vary either the scope or extent of works then we would be happy to review our fees accordingly.

Fees can be broken into schedules depending on client requirements, ie. Concept only, Building Approval only, Full detailed construction drawings etc.

For services beyond our scope after the time of negotiation, our standard hourly rates or an agreed lump sum fee can be applied, however depending on the amount of additional work required we like to assist our clients in a way where all parties can benefit.
